First call: within 48 hours of contact. Audit or strategy proposal: 3–5 business days. Full onboarding to live campaigns: 10–14 business days from initial contact. Most engagements move faster than agency cycles because there's no internal hierarchy to navigate.

Will I own my Google Ads account?

Yes. Always. Your account stays under your billing. I manage via MCC (Manager) access only — I never touch your credit card. When the engagement ends, you keep all campaigns, audience lists, conversion data, and historical performance data. No proprietary platforms that lock you in.

Can you guarantee specific results?

No — and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. I cannot control your offer strength, landing page conversion rate, product-market fit, or competitor activity. What I guarantee is transparent management, documented optimization, and honest communication if something isn't working. References from current clients available on request.

How much of my time does this require?
