Know what you're measuring success against. "More leads", "more sales", "lower CPA". Vague goals like "more visibility" don't translate to ROAS targets.

Google Ads sends traffic — your site converts it. If your conversion rate is broken, no amount of campaign optimization will fix poor ROAS.
Access to your business numbers
Average Order Value, gross margin, customer LTV, sales cycle length. Without these, ROAS targets are guesswork. We discuss these openly in the discovery call.
Decision-making authority
You should be the decision-maker or have direct access to one. Engagements stall when every change requires committee approval through 3 layers.
Realistic expectations

Will I own my Google Ads account?
Yes. Always. Your account stays under your billing. I manage via MCC (Manager) access only — I never touch your credit card. When the engagement ends, you keep all campaigns, audience lists, conversion data, and historical performance data. No proprietary platforms that lock you in.
Can you guarantee specific results?
No — and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. I cannot control your offer strength, landing page conversion rate, product-market fit, or competitor activity.
